Black Sheep Coffee, the Robusta rebels shaking up the UK coffee scene, are expanding their footprint in Northern Ireland with a brand-new store opening on 4th November at Ann Street in Belfast.
The launch, which will be just outside Victoria Square Shopping Centre, marks Black Sheep Coffee’s second Belfast location in just eight months. Their debut site, beside Belfast City Hall, saw huge crowds queuing down the street for the opening week. The Ann Street opening is set to spark the same excitement.
Black Sheep Coffee-Ireland, the franchise arm of Bannon and Bannon Property Holdings, will run the new site. Known for creating some of Belfast’s most successful hospitality ventures, including Common Market and 3Sheets, the team is bringing their experience and energy to the new Black Sheep store in the heart of the city centre.
On the menu: all the Black Sheep signatures, from speciality-grade Robusta coffee (the only brand in the UK serving it) to ceremonial-grade matcha, freshly made Norwegian waffles, all-day breakfast, and a line-up of premium bakery treats.
Speaking on the launch, Lawrence Bannon said, 'Belfast has given us an incredible welcome since opening our first site earlier this year. Ann Street is one of the busiest spots in the city, and we’re excited to bring our energy, coffee, and community to a whole new audience.”
With the Ann Street store adding to Belfast’s growing coffee culture, Black Sheep Coffee continues its mission to take over the high street - one Robusta-fuelled site at a time.
