Dim sum restaurant group, Ping Pong is planning to expand its London-based chain of eight restaurants with four new sites over the next two years.
The first new outlet will be at Westfield London, which will be one of its largest sites when it opens in September. The firm is investing £500k in the refit for the new restaurant.
Ping Pong Dim Sum is prepared as small bite-sized food, steamed to perfection and served alongside fried, rice and griddled dishes.
