A major Edgbaston development that was stalled by the recession is back on track after planners gave the green light to a new scheme. Calthorpe Estates and Wylam Investments have won planning permission to develop the 200-bedroom hotel, cafe and three restaurants at Edgbaston Mill by 2012.
