Sodexo Live! has appointed Steven Cova as divisional operations director for its sports and stadia division.
Cova brings more than 20 years of experience working in UK sporting and entertainment venues, including a tenure at Levy UK & Ireland.
Throughout his career, he has managed multi-site operations generating over £135 million in revenue, consistently driving sales and profit margin growth.

Sodexo Live! serves as the culinary partner for venues such as Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Ascot Racecourse, Newcastle United FC, Emirates Old Trafford, and Nottingham Forest FC.
On a global scale, the contract caterer also supports major events including the Tour de France and the Rugby World Cup.
