Robertson Group is looking to expand the 1,300-strong workforce at its Stirling-based facilities management and construction business by up to 5%.
The developments came as Robertson declared it was working through its strongest and most visible order book to date with orders worth £1.25 billion in the pipeline.
Robertson, which had been a customer of Royal Bank of Scotland, has agreed a three-year facility with Santander covering the group and its business units.
It said the deal will allow the parties to work together on future projects, which could include acquisitions.
