CG Restaurants & Bars is to open a seventh Dirty Martini bar in Islington next month, with plans to open 15 sites by the end of 2016.
The company is set to start a £750k refurbishment on the 2,800 sq ft site and will be designed in a similar fashion to the recently opened outlet in Clapham.
CG Restaurants & Bars will continue its expansion plans by opening a further two central Dirty Martini sites this year.
