Upmarket catering firm, Searcys is to launch a new burger and chicken restaurant in the City this week, which will serve high quality food in a comfortable environment.
Bonfire will be located on level one of the Barbican Centre on Silk Street and will open on Wednesday 5 August. Its menu will comprise of ‘juicy burgers, succulent rotisserie chicken, awesome milkshakes and comforting desserts for afters.’
Searcys run a vast number of upmarket restaurants and bars in London as well as providing the catering for high profile venues including stately homes, museums, theatres and shopping centres. It has been a year since the company was bought by Westbury Street Holdings in a £20m plus deal
