A new sourdough pizza and craft beer restaurant, 400 Rabbits is set top open this month in London's Crystal Palace.
Pizzas will feature Fior de Latte Mozzarella, San Marzano Tomatoes and a range of UK artisanal produce for toppings, like British charcuterie and slow smoked rare breed brisket.
Diners will be able to enjoy four rotating beers on tap and six in bottles and cans, plus red, white and sparkling wine on tap, and 'London’s cheapest oak-barrel aged Negroni'.
Beyond pizza and beer there's also Allpress coffee, Peckham cold-pressed juices and, for dessert, Gelupo Gelato.
