Pho secures £8m to expand to 30 sites

Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho has secured over £8m of new funding from NatWest, which will be used to expand the business to 30 sites.

The street food-inspired chain currently operates 14 restaurants across the UK from Birmingham to Brighton.

Stephen and Juliette Wall opened Pho, London’s first Vietnamese street food restaurant, in Clerkenwell in June 2005 after they travelled to Vietnam and fell in love with the food.
