Sugar Dumplin to open second restaurant


Caribbean restaurant and bar operator, Sugar Dumplin is moving south to open a second outlet at The Atrium Shopping Centre in Camberley, Surrey later this year.

The brand's menu serves up jerk calamari & nyam nyam house mayo, BBQ spicy jerk-chicken, slow-cooked tender pork, curried lamb with rice & peas, curried goat and plantain chips. There are also vegetarian options like butternut, chickpea & coconut curry.

A large cocktail menu offers drinks like Bermuda Rum Swizzle with a mix of Goslings Dark Rum, 4-year Diplomatico Anejo & tropical juices. There is also a range of hot drinks including spiced hot chocolate and spiced tea.

Sugar Dumplin is a joint venture from Norris Panton, Craig Ince and Ross Mackay who launched the first outlet in Glasgow's Princes Square shopping centre in April this year.
