Motorway services group, Welcome Break is extending its food offering having joined forces with American style diner chain, Ed’s Easy Diner.
Rolling out to all sites, the first diner will open at Welcome Break’s South Mimms sites, located on junction 23 of the M25 in Hertfordshire, in early 2016.

Welcome Break operates 28 sites across the UK. Ed’s Easy Diner has 52 along with one Shake Stand.
