Arc Inspirations has aquired a fourth site for its Banyan Bar & Kitchen concept in central Leeds.
The Leeds City Square site is an 8,000 square feet and 120-cover premises that has previously been occupied by Loch Fyne. It should open after a £1.4m spend in March, and follows the launch of a Banyan on Manchester’s Exchange Square. The brand also operates in York and Harrogate.
Arc’s chief executive Martin Wolstencroft said: “I am extremely proud to have exchanged on Loch Fyne in Leeds City Square following a highly competitive acquisition… I look forward to the increased choice and exceptional customer service it shall bring to Leeds’ food and drink landscape.'
