All Bar One to open in the intu Trafford Centre Manchester's food court complex replacing Potters Kitchen.
Its extensive menu, which runs from breakfast to supper, features light lunches such as salads, burgers, pub classics and a selection of desserts.
It will be the second venture for bar brand in the region and a huge coup for the franchise, following the success of the current venue on King Street in Manchester city centre.
Operated by Mitchells & Butlers, All Bar One first opened in London in 1994, and has since grown to more than 50 outlets.
