The newly-formed Boparan Restaurants Holdings (BRH), which is owned by Ranjit Singh Boparan, has purchased the Cinnamon Collection.
The trio of London restaurants includes Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen (pictured), and Cinnamon Soho. BRH now plans to roll out Cinnamon branded restaurants throughout the UK and overseas.
Ranjit Singh Boparan and his wife Baljinda, who are worth around £800m, also own Harry Ramsden's and Fishworks, and the 2 Sisters Food Group.
