Joe’s Kitchen to open in York city centre


The Restaurant Group's casual dining chain, Joe’s Kitchen is to open on Coney Street in York city centre.

The new Joe's Kitchen, which is inspired by London’s Borough Market, is due to open soon in the former Cafe Rouge building.

The all-day restaurant will be open for breakfast from 8am through to to dinner until 12.30am, with alcohol sales running from 10am to midnight.

Breakfast offers Joe’s Cafe Breakfast – two sausages, two bacon rashers, two eggs, hash brown, tomato, mushroom and toast.

Lunch and dinner starters include lime and red chili calamari, with main dishes like ham hock cakes, followed by sweet treats such as pecan pie.
