Turnstone Estates has submitted plans for a 150,000 sq ft leisure development at a ten-acre site in Colchester by 2018, including a cinema, hotel and restaurants.
The plans include a multi-screen IMAX cinema to be operated by Cineworld, up to thirteen restaurant units, an an eighty bed hotel, and indoor active leisure units;
The scheme also offers car parking for around 750 vehicles, and a high quality landscaped piazza.
