ABM Catering Solutions has acquired the contracts and trade of Talkington Bates Midlands, the Rugby-based catering firm, for undisclosed terms.
The group see this as an important acquisition which strengthens its position within the care sector and provides a strong foundation for continued growth in this area.
Fiona Hopkinson will transition across from Talkington Bates Midlands as Director and will have full responsibility for the continuing long-term client relationships as well as to oversee the integration of these contracts into abm catering solutions.
Talkington Bates Limited - which is not part of the sale - will continue to operate independently with Janice Talkington and Paul Bates continuing to lead the company.
