Casual dining chain, Bill’s has appointed Mark Fox, the former Managing Director of Starbucks UK, as new CEO, who will join the company on 31 May.
Fox will be responsible for continuing the growth of Bill’s core restaurant business. He will also lead the brand’s evolution into secondary smaller cafe-style formats, ‘Little Bill’s’.
Fox had been managing Starbucks’s UK division since January 2014 after serving as CEO of Pizza Hut, owned by Yum! Brands, where he spent 4 years overseeing its delivery service.
