The Salt Yard Group has announced its next new opening Venteta, a Venician inspired restaurant in the Crown Estates prestigous St. James’s Market development later this year.
The 110-cover Veneta will combine classic bar-counter seating, banquette booths and intimate tables and an extensive terrace . Reached by a stunning handcrafted staircase, the restaurant will also feature a mezzanine seating level that can be booked for exclusive hire, in prime position to look out over the diners in the bustling restaurant below.
Also opening will be a Nordic styled restaurant, from the leading Michelin-two-starred Nordic restaurant, Aquavit, based in New York. This is its first European opening and will offer a more informal and contemporary Nordic cuisine for all-day dining.
The menu will be overseen by Michelin two Starred Executive Chef, Emma Bengtsson, and it will offer distinctly Nordic flavours. The food will be light and modern with a focus on high quality presentation, matched with the very best in modern Scandinavian interior design
