Event catering firm Rhubarb has been chosen as the ‘Official Food Partner’ of this year's Henley Festival, working closely with Daniel Clifford, Chef Patron of the two Michelin starred Midsummer House.
Henley Festival is a boutique cultural experience taking place over five days, from the 6-10 July and attracting an audience of over 30,000. The programme covers many music genres from pop to world music, classical to jazz and blues, to cutting edge new musicians.
Rhubarb will be managing and operating a variety of different restaurants and bars at Henley, where guests can enjoy a selection of fine wines, innovative cocktails, with main dishes and snacks throughout the festival.
The sites include The Riverside, Europe’s largest field restaurant (dish pictured), The Terrace that comes complete with a Champagne bar, Barco, and Ronnie Scotts, which combines jazz with a menu ranging from steaks and Ronnie-style burgers to fish pie with a fine dining twist.
