New World Trading Company is planning another site branded The Botanist on 15-19 Stonegate in York, which will be split over two floors in the Grade II-listed building.
The Botanist has applied for a premises licence and wants to sell alcohol on Sunday-Thursday from 10am to midnight and on Fridays and Saturdays till 1am, staying open half an hour later. It is also asking for permission to play live and recorded music.
The brand offers its selection of botanical cocktails - like Watermelon & Sage Sling - craft beers and ales, Champagne and wine. Food is inspired by the deli, rotisserie and BBQ.
The York venue will be the UK’s 10th Botanist alongside its existing venues in Manchester, Chester, Alderley Edge, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Marlow, Farnham, Knutsford and, soon, Sheffield.
