Scotland’s largest independent retailing and distribution company, CJ Lang is to acquire AM Landsburgh, the Dundee-based chain of ten Spar convenience stores, for undisclosed terms.
The acquisition of the ten-store chain would bring CJ Lang’s portfolio of wholly-owned Spar stores to beyond 100.
As well as the Spar fascias, the group supplies a small number of shops that use the VG brand, which is its 'entry-level' format.
