Tom’s Kitchen, the group of restaurants and delis founded by chef Tom Aikens, has announced the launch of Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham, as well as its first international deli located at Dubai Parks and Resorts, Riverland.
Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham will open in December, as a restaurant, bar and deli located at The Mailbox, with the design overseen by B3 designers.
As the first UK Tom’s Kitchen venture outside of London, Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham will offer all-day dining, 7 days a week, and will serve British favourites and comfort food classics in a relaxed and informal environment. There will also be a range of private and semi-private spaces, perfect for parties and events.
Tom Aikens commented, “Birmingham is a vibrant and bustling city with a thriving food scene. There is already a wonderful array of restaurants in the city, and I believe that Tom’s Kitchen will offer an exciting new option for diners in The Mailbox development”.

Tom’s Kitchen Deli Dubai is set to launch on 1 October 2016.
