The Real Greek & Project Pie to open at £85m WestQuay Watermark


Hammerson has announced that Mediterranean restaurant, The Real Greek, and US build-your-own pizza restaurant, Project Pie, will join the line-up of all new restaurants at WestQuay Watermark, its £85m dining and leisure development in Southampton.

The Real Greek’s 325m sq restaurant on the scheme’s lower promenade will be the brand’s second restaurant outside of London. Debuting in the city, its healthy eating ethos and authentic recipes will bring diners a taste of Greece.

Also launching its first restaurant in Southampton, Project Pie’s 130m sq restaurant in the Long Room floor will introduce a new and emerging US build-your-own pizza concept to the city. Offering customers a unique experience to create their very own pizzas, this new culinary concept will revolutionise the way customers can enjoy their food – incorporating a fun and personalised approach to casual dining.
