Wetherspoons has launched its new autumn menu with new burgers, desserts and drinks.
After a trial in several pubs across the country, the firm's three new burgers are set to become firm favourites. They include: Ultimate Burger - Bacon, Cheddar cheese, signature burger sauce, gherkin in an all-butter brioche burger bun, Rarebit Burger (pictured) - 6oz beef patty, bacon, rarebit sauce, and BBQ Burger - Bacon, Cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce.
There are new desserts such as Lemon Tart made with all-butter pastry, traditional lemon filling and hand-finished lemon zest, and Brownie with ice cream, which is packed full of milk chocolate, with chunks of white chocolate throughout. Lastly, there's Knickerbocker Glory Sundae - comes with new fruit compote, with strawberry, blackberry, raspberry and blackcurrant chunks, with vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and a new chocolate wafer.
For beverages, there are new rums: Ron Zacapa 23-year-old, Appleton Estate Signature Blend, Havana Club 7-year-old dark rum, and Captain Morgan White.
Only coffee has been available to take away, but now craft beer is on the to-go menu, with new additions such as BrewDog 5am Saint, BrewDog Dead Pony Club, and Flying Dog Snake IPA.
