Kornicis Group has opened a new bar called We Are Bar in Bishopsgate, London EC2, and is planning to expand further with new sites outside central London next year.
The new venue is open from 9am Monday to Friday and 10am on Saturdays for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is also open until midnight Monday to Wednesday and 2am Thursday to Saturday.
The breakfast menu offers everything from a Full English and Eggy Bread to Smashed Chilli Avocado & Feta, and a range of breakfast ciabattas.
Lunch and dinner serves up dishes such as Buttermilk Chicken with Charred Corn, Bacon & Maple Syrup, and Confit Duck Leg with Puy Lentils & Wine Reduction.
For sweet treats there is Sicilian Lemon Pot with Limoncello Jelly, The House Chocolate Pot, and Chilli Spiked Pineapple.
The drinks list includes a wide range of wines and cocktails including Citrus Colada - Chairman’s Reserve White Rum, Gabriel Boudier Lime Leaf Liqueur, Pineapple Juice & Coconut Cream, and Magorium - Strawberry Infused Polugar Barley Vodka, Amarula,
Mr. Fitzpatrick’s Blood Tonic Cordial, Lime Juice & Sugar Syrup.
