New London Four Seasons hotel opens with Anne-Sophie Pic restaurant

Luxury hotel brand, Four Seasons has just opened a new five-star London hotel, which features French restaurant, La Dame de Pic from triple-Michelin-starred Anne-Sophie Pic.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square in EC3 occupies a Grade-II listed building near Tower Hill Street in the City, and offers 100 bedrooms, including 11 spacious suites.

The restaurant is Anne-Sophie Pic's first in the UK, having opened critically-acclaimed eateries across France. Pic is known for her seasonal cooking using local ingredients, as well as unusual flavour combinations such as white cheese ice cream with rocket and cardamom for starters, and beef with smoked coffee for a main course.

A private wine cellar and private dining room will sit alongside the main dining room. There is also an Asian restaurant, plus a bar and lounge in The Rotunda, as well as a lavish spa.

Pic said, “I am thrilled to be partnering with Four Seasons to bring my cuisine to a new audience in London in the spectacular location of Ten Trinity Square. Renowned globally for its quality, service levels and its people culture, we share the company’s strong values and are equally focussed on delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.'

Charlie Parker, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, said, “We are delighted to be working alongside Chef Anne-Sophie Pic to bring a completely new gastronomic experience to the Square Mile. La Dame de Pic is set to become a new dining destination in London, and we are excited to be able to bring this new offering to the capital. ”
