Uber Eats launches in Manchester

Having expanded in London, food delivery service app, Uber Eats has launched in a second UK city, Manchester.

The service is available seven days a week, from 11am to 11pm, so the new London breakfast option is yet to be on offer. It covers the city centre's key 'hotspots', such as the Northern Quarter and Spinningfields.

At launch, available Manchester eateries include Northern Soul Grilled Cheese, Milkjam, Salford General Store and The Booze Brothers.

The Uber Eats app, which marked its UK launch last June in London, allows users to order food from participating restaurants in their city, which is then delivered to them.
