Kudos hosts Vertical Rush 2017 runners at Gibson Hall


Multi-award winning contract and events caterer, Kudos hosted runners from the charity event, The Vertical Rush at Gibson Hall for the ninth consecutive year.

The race, organised by Shelter, is an annual event that challenges contestants to conquer 932 steps and 600ft, in London’s third tallest skyscraper, Tower 42.

Kudos, who annually hosts the charity, offered a heavily discounted charity venue hire rate for exclusive access to the whole venue, which allowed runners to get changed, have an initial warm-up, relax and subsequently refuel after the gruelling event.

Kudos also arranged complimentary furniture hire, as well as food and beverages being supplied at subject to a minimum spend which included: homemade cranberry flapjacks which slowly release energy, mini Danish pastries to boost short term energy, a selection of fresh fruit and a selection of teas, coffee, soft drinks, fruit cordial and water.

The event, saw a total of £300k being raised for Shelter, who require these vital funds for those struggling with homelessness and bad housing throughout Britain.

Gibson Hall is a multipurpose events venue which houses three individual spaces used for a multitude of events spanning from weddings to exhibitions, fashion shows, Christmas parties and corporate events.
