Argentinian steak restaurant chain Gaucho has announced plans to open a new restaurant in Birmingham in May.
The new branch, located on Colmore Row in Birminghams business district, will be the company’s first UK opening in seven years.
The restaurant will cater for up to 120 customers and offer Guacho’s classic dishes including Argentinian steaks, homemade sausages and a seafood selection.
Gaucho Group COO, Tracey Matthews said, “We have to be sure that a city is ready to receive a Gaucho, and having looked at locations around the UK, we decided that Birmingham with its exciting growth potential is the perfect home for us. The food scene in Birmingham is booming and we’re very excited to be a part of it.”
