Following the success of its Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water launch in grocery retail in September 2016, the UK’s only botanical brewer, Fentimans Botanically Brewed Beverages, has introduced a 125ml single serve size of its zesty tonic water in the on trade.
Developed by Fentimans resident flavourist Geraldine Coombes, Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water is made with ruby red grapefruit and quinine for a lively mixer with a refreshingly dry and crisp taste. Mixed with gin or vodka it makes a refreshing and zesty long drink, and provides the perfect opportunity for operators to offer customers something different as part of their mixer range.

The experts in 3-dimensional flavour have recently developed new tasting notes to help operators navigate the complex flavour journey of its mixer offering.
The tasting notes describe Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water as a complex combination of distinctive lemongrass, heady juniper berry, invigorating kaffir lime.
Uplifting orris root, sharp and aromatic quinine awakens the palate, followed by the unmistakable sharpness of grapefruit that is so fresh, it’s as though it’s enjoyed freshly sliced from the fruit.
