Elior UK is celebrating after being presented a healthyliving award plus – the highest honour possible – at the awards’ 10th annual ceremony.
The honour, which is rarely bestowed to commercial operators, recognises Elior’s continued commitment to making the healthy choice the easy choice at BT Murrayfield.
James Nicholson, Elior site director, Scottish Rugby Hospitality, (pictured right) said, “To be one of the few commercial operator to receive a healthyliving award plus is a real honour. We want all our guests at BT Murrayfield to enjoy an experience of the highest caliber – and providing delicious, healthy choices is a big part of that.
'Since winning a healthyliving award a few years ago, the team has continued to raise our already high standards and I’m delighted this hard work has been recognised.”
The healthyliving award – which is supported by the Scottish Government and NHS Health Scotland – recognises operators who ensure at least 50% of their menu contains healthier options.
