Burger eatery brand, Meatcure is set to a new restaurant in The Crescent, Hinckley, Leicestershire next Thursday 27 April.
The firm works with other local independent businesses, including family-run butchers Joseph Morris, based in South Kilworth, which supplies its meat and Market Harborough-based bakery Emerson and Wests, which supplies the buns.
The menu features the Towering Inferno burger made up of a double 6oz patty, melted cheese, onion rings, slaw, lettuce, tomato, smoked may and hot sauce. Beyond burgers there are steaks, salads and traditional breakfast options along with sundaes and waffles.
For soft beverages, there are shakes, sodas, floats, and for something stronger there are craft beers, ciders, new world wines, and house cocktails.
Opening hours will be Monday to Thursday 11.30am to 10.30pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 1am and Sunday 11am to 10.30pm. On Saturday and Sunday, brunch will be served between 11am and 2pm.
