Hobart Warewash is celebrating after a landmark 50,000th hood type machine rolled off its German production line, before going straight into commercial use.
Just nine years after Hobart manufactured the first PREMAX and PROFI hood-type models, the production of the 50,000th machine marks a significant milestone in the machine’s continued success story.
In-line with Hobart’s dedication to innovation as market leaders, the machines have undergone serious improvement since 2008, with new features added. The machines’ water consumption has more than halved and cycle times have been significantly reduced, helping to save operators time and reduce kitchen overheads.
