Miller & Carter is to create 55 jobs at a new steak restaurant due to open at the £20m Cathedral Square in Worcester on 14 July.
After an extensive refurbishment the restaurant is opening at a first floor unit located at Cathedral Square.
Miller & Carter will be joining other food and beverage sites including: Starbucks, Ask, All Bar One, Byron Hamburgers, Cosy Club, Yo! Sushi, and Jung Fu.
The Mitchells & Butlers brand serves up premium-graded steak which is matured for at least 30 days. The menu also offers fish dishes and handmade burgers, alongside our finest cuts.
Miller & Carter sells over 1 million steaks a year, all of which is traceable from field to fork, and hand cut by our master butchers.
All the managers and chefs attend a two-day 'Steak School' starting at the farm and ending in the kitchen.
The brand currently has 64 sites right across the UK, and is opening four this month in Exeter, St Albans, St Annes and Swindon.
