The UK's favourite coffee shop chain, Costa is to open a new 'Drive Thru' outlet in Sunderland at Pallion Retail Park early 2018,
Costa, which was advised by Savills, has committed to a new 15-year lease with the landlord, Ediston Real Estate, for a 1,800 sq ft (167 sq m) Drive Thru store.
Ian Buchan, director in the retail team at Savills Scotland, commented, “The unit at Pallion Retail Park will be Costa’s first Drive Thru in Sunderland as we work to roll out the Drive Thru concept across the country.”
Costa now operates almost 30 Drive Thru outlets across the country.
