Italian restaurant chain San Carlo has announced plans to launch a new Fumo restaurant in Birmingham in the Autumn.
The £1m Fumo will open on the fourth floor of Selfridges and overlook the iconic Birmingham Bullring.
The restaurant’s menu will feature seasonal Italian small plate dishes and there will be a bar, which specialises in cocktails and Laurent Perrier champagne.
The restaurant will be the third San Carlo owned site to open in a Selfridges store. San Carlo Bottega and Gran Café are located in Selfridges Exchange Square in Manchester.
