Pollen + Grace extends vegan offer to meet demand

Pollen + Grace has launched an exciting new collection for Autumn/Winter with increased vegan choice, available in 50 stores including Planet Organic, As Nature Intended, Simply Fresh, and Wholefoods from next month.

To fulfil growing consumer demand for vegan options, the range adds four new vegan dishes to its healthy portfolio, making the entire Pollen + Grace collection almost 90% vegan. This includes both new ‘Hot Pots’ including a Turmeric + Butternut Daal Pot and Kimchi + Miso Noodle Pot, presented in a 350g plastic pot. All packaging is air tight to seal in freshness.

Adding to the ‘Lunch Box’ selection, the Immunity Box is available as a vegan option or served with chicken, available in a 350-380g plastic box. The Raw Cacao and Raspberry Porridge Pot which is dairy free joins the line-up of ‘Breakfast Pots’, served hot or cold to meet consumers demand for more hot options during the colder seasons. Breakfast Pots are served in a 190-230g plastic pot.

All vegan boxes have an increased shelf life of 5 days + production, and meat/fish boxes 3 days + production. Pollen + Grace prides itself in using natural preservatives such as natural essences and superfoods to prolong shelf life.

Designed in collaboration with in-house Naturopath Anastasia, the new collection offers delicious, well-rounded, balanced meal options for consumers. Like existing lines, all products are free from gluten, wheat, dairy and refined sugars.

Stephanie Johnson, Co-Founder Pollen + Grace, said, ‘‘We wanted to launch a collection that added new flavours and colour for Autumn/Winter with extra health benefits for the colder season. The new Hot Pots, which take inspiration from different flavours around the world, fill a gap in the existing market, for competitively priced healthy products on-the-go.

'We’ve always been ahead of the curve with our vegan offering, but with increased consumer demand, the collection adds even more variety, and has been designed to last longer. Whether you have intolerances or simply want to eat exciting, well-balanced food that is accessible, the new collection offers something for everyone.'
