Searcys scoops contract with Exbury Gardens


Catering company Searcys has announced its new contract with Exbury Gardens, Hampshire.

With its extensive experience in contract catering, Searcys plans to transform the Exbury Gardens food outlets by relaunching them with a new look, and presenting new seasonal British menus.

The relaunch is scheduled to start from next month and will begin with the Mr Eddy’s Tea Rooms cafe. Searcys plans for the food venue is to relaunch it with a more modernised look, expand the events area and also change the menu to showcase the wonderful seasonal, British and locally-sourced produce.

The menu will serve dishes such as: Trio of Cumberland sausages, Baked salmon with sauce vierge, dill & garlic potato cake with vegetables, and Vegetarian bean, lentil, Mediterranean vegetables topped with feta cheese.

Furthermore, Searcys is also planning to source as many as possible local produce for the dishes, to eliminate all plastic straws from the venues and to also minimise the amount of disposable packaging.
