TRG Concessions, a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in UK travel locations, has today begun operations at three new airside units – Flutes and Tails (pictured), The Gathering and The Gathering Deli – in Edinburgh airport, the UK’s 6th largest airport.
The opening of these outlets further strengthens TRG’s presence in the Scottish airport, with the new sites joining Barburrito (opened in January 2018) and the recently announced first airport Brewdog Bar in their brand portfolio.
The acquisition strengthens The Restaurant Group’s strategic goal of investing and developing its Concessions business to increase its presence at UK airports.
