Vine Acquisitions, backed by Patron Capital and May Capital, has acquired The Laine Pub Company in partnership with the Laine management team.
Formed in 1996, with the launch of Brighton’s influential Mash Tun, Laine Pub Company currently operates 54 pubs in the South East of England, 33 of which are based in Brighton. The firm is also rapidly expanding in London.
Beyond the pub portfolio, the company, which is owned by Gavin George, also brews its own craft beers through Laine Brew Co. The six core beers come in keg, cask bottle and can, plus there's an ever-changing line-up of special releases.
