A relaxed and stylish destination from breakfast to dinner, Bluebird will feature an all-day cafe´ seating 88, alongside a 102 cover restaurant, a private dining room and a bar & lounge.

A celebration of Modern dining in London and New York but with its firmly British roots, Bluebird London will create an international brasserie reflective of its two transatlantic homes.

Helmed by Executive Chef Nicolas Houlbert, Bluebird’s menu will change with the seasons, with most food sourced from local and independent producers. Meanwhile, the drinks offering will be both from the US and Europe featuring cocktails, beers and wines including much-loved favourites from Chelsea.

Chairman and Chief Executive, Des Gunewardena said, “We are all incredibly excited about bringing Bluebird to New York – we could not have picked a more prime location and are delighted to be working with the team from Related. Bluebird is quintessentially British, celebrated for its buzz, glamour and food in London, and we are thrilled to be bringing this to New York city.”
