Crussh adds new vegan & gluten-free options to autumn menu


Crussh Fit Food & Juice bars has added new dishes to its autumn 2018 menu including vegan and gluten-free options.

Highlights of the autumn menu include breakfast options: Protein Overnight Oats with Cacao & Banana - gluten-free oats, 0% fat Greek-style yogurt, banana, dates, cacao, flaxseeds & whey protein topped with goji berries & flaked almonds.

Vegan salad options include Beetroot Falafel Hot Super Grain Salad - with quinoa, red rice, chickpeas, lentils & sweet potato, which is topped at the counter with a tahini dressing & zhoug. Also, Super Nutty Teriyaki Grain Salad - vegan black rice & quinoa with pickled carrots, green beans, peas, sesame roasted cashews & seeds, almonds, spinach & a ginger teryaki dressing.

Two chicken dishes have been added: Chicken Sharwarma Hot Super Grain Salad - pulled chicken shawarma thigh with white & red quinoa, buckwheat, rice, butterbeans & kale. Topped at the counter with a tahini dressing & zhoug, and Chicken Tikka Curry Hot Pot with Brown & Red Rice and Baby Spinach - topped with spinach, yoghurt & herbs at the counter.
