PepsiCo is to invest £15.2m in the expansion of its Walkers Crisps factory in
Leicester, with the creation of 110 jobs. Walkers currently employs more than 2,000 people in Leicester. The investment will provide the new production line, which will make kettle-fried crisps under the Red Sky brand name and Walkers Extra Crunchy varieties.
