Nisa launches event app for exhibition goers

Guests attending Nisa’s 2019 annual retail exhibition will be able to keep up with all the action at the touch of a button.

A Nisa Event App has been introduced to the show for the first time, meaning all the information needed by retailers, suppliers and other guests is available in one easy to find location.

The event app offers attendees an interactive alternative to the printed programme and has been designed in a straightforward, simple to use format to enhance the event experience of all those attending.

The app will house the full programme of the show including a floor plan of the exhibition hall showing where suppliers can be located. There is also a place to store calendar items such as appointments, a media wall to post photographs and a link through to social media.

Push notifications will be used throughout the course of the event to let delegates know of specific events happening at the show in real time.

Event manager for Nisa, Clare Bryant said: “This is the first time we have used an event app at our annual exhibition, and we hope that delegates find it a useful additional tool.

“We are still issuing printed event brochures, but the same information will be provided via the app and we expect many attendees will find this a more convenient place to find out all there is to know.”

Those attending the event at the National Agriculture Exhibition Centre at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, on Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd April, will be able to download the app as well as links to Google Play and the Apple App Store from nisaeventsdownload.com. Full instructions will be available at the exhibition.
