Tibits launches summer menu

Tibits, one of London’s leading vegetarian and vegan restaurant group, has launched its fresh, light summer menu.

With one location Bankside, just a stones throw from the Tate Modern and River Thames, and another tucked just behind Regent Street with a spectacular outdoor terrace, the introduction of 20 new dishes are just the injection of summer spirit that’s needed.

Seasonality and freshness is always at the forefront of the Tibits ethos and everything is made on site every day. The standout dishes on the new menu include Chirashi Sushi, Burmese Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry and Soba Noodles with Tempeh and Pineapple.

Summer means it’s time to make the most of the fresh fruity flavours. Pineapple upside-down cake takes centre stage and Cherry Crumble is another one of tibits favourites, whilst other fruity options include Apricot and Apple Tart, all finished with a mango mousse or strawberry cream.

Drinks are not to be forgotten and the refreshed cocktail menu brings some exciting new additions. Zingy favourites include the Passion Fruit Margarita, Sun Salutation and the Strawberry Mojito is sure to transport you to a tropical location.

In the spirit of summer socials, Tibits are delighted to announce that they will be offering a bottomless brunch option as a permanent fixture on their 2019 calendar. For only £18 guests can add unlimited Prosecco, Bellini’s and Freedom brewery beer to their Saturday and Sunday brunches, the perfect weekend treat to accompany those vegan and veggie favourites.

Tibits was founded in the year 2000 by three vegetarian brothers, Christian, Daniel and Reto Frei, who were uninspired by the lack of vegetarian offerings in their native Switzerland.

Together with Rolf and Marielle Hiltl, owners of renowned Haus Hiltl, Zurich's oldest vegetarian restaurant, they opened the first Tibits, in Zurich.

Since then, Tibits has become one of Europe’s most well known vegetarian and vegan restaurant brands with locations in Switzerland, UK and soon Germany.
