Tom and Michaela Kitchin of Kitchin Group have appointed a new Group Managing Director, Peter Southcott.
Southcott, who trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, was introduced to Tom and Michaela Kitchin in 2007 in Edinburgh, becoming their accountant shortly after.
Southcott was Director of The Chamber of Commerce and President of Fife Chamber of Commerce from 2016 to 2019. He is also on the Board of Leith Chamber of Commerce.
The Kitchin Group includes Michelin-starred restaurant, The Kitchin, The Scran & Scallie, Castle Terrace Restaurant, Southside Scran, as well as The Bonnie Badger, the award-winning restaurant with rooms, which is the latest opening.
