Ei celebrates as 216 pubs feature in Good Beer Guide

This year, more than 200 Ei Publican Partnerships pubs have been recommended for the quality of their real ale in the latest Good Beer Guide, published annually by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).

A total of 216 venues from the UK’s largest pub company’s leased and tenanted estate are featured in the guide. According to CAMRA, they are among ‘4,500 of the best real ale pubs in the UK’.

From food-led country inns to town and city centre wet-led community venues, the Ei Publican Partnerships listings cover every type of offer and customer appeal.

From the Three Horseshoes in Surrey to York’s Golden Ball, and the Red Lion in Swanage, Dorset to Kent’s Red Cow; the venues all boast the characteristics of a good pub – great atmosphere, décor, service, value and quality.

Ei Publican Partnerships Managing Director, Nick Light said, “We’re absolutely delighted that 216 of our pubs have been included in what is widely regarded as the UK’s definitive guide to real ale and it is encouraging to see so many of our publicans ensuring their beer is served at the highest standards.

'We have worked hard to provide our publicans with an exceptional range of real ales and craft beers and to offer the training and support that gives them the opportunity to serve a perfect pint and attract new customers.”
