Fodilicious named UK Future Brand by Food Matters Live

British start-up, Fodilicious, which has created the UK’s first low FODMAP certified convenience foods, has been given the seal of approval by Food Matters Live by being named one of its UK Future Brands.

The company beat hundreds of other upcoming food and drink companies in a competition judged by a panel of industry heavyweights, including representatives from Cotswold Fayre, Sodexo UK and Sainsbury’s, to scoop the prestigious title, which will see Fodilicious take its place amongst the UK’s most promising challenger companies at the two-day event at London’s ExCel next month.

The brand will use the opportunity to launch its latest product, Ginger Crunch Cookie Buttons, unveiling the new creation to over 15,000 industry insiders, foodie connoisseurs and influential buyers attending the event on 19th and 20th November.

With a focus on healthy, natural, better-for-you and clean label products, Food Matters Live 2019 is the perfect fit for Fodilicious, with its mission to help those with IBS and food intolerances with its tasty, convenient, low FODMAP products.

The new Ginger Crunch Cookie Buttons are the second flavour in the Cookie Buttons range, with the original Cocoa Crunch variety having already sold over 30,000 units since launching in June 2019.

They are made with all natural ingredients and no refined sugars, are low in calories, and cater to a wide range of diets including vegan, nut free and soya free, as well as gluten free, having been certified by Coeliac UK. With one in five people in the UK suffering from IBS and a growing trend towards healthy snacking and gut health awareness, Fodilicious’ convenient, ‘on the go’ products are an ideal choice.
