Irfan Chaudhary has acquired the lease for 4-star Bailbrook Lodge Hotel in Bath, via Christie & Co, which will now be operated under the OYO brand name as part of a franchise partnership agreement.
The 18th century dower house hotel will undertake a seamless transition into the OYO brand, a move that represents the global hotel group's first foray into the buoyant Bath hotel marketplace.
The previous leaseholders have built an enviable reputation for quality and service at the hotel, which has 15 guest bedrooms, a plethora of off-road parking and boasts a location just a few moments from the city centre.
